Music Student Performances
Belmont University’s School of Music offers students a variety of performing ensembles that showcase the School of Music’s incredible musical diversity. With 25 instrumental and 14 vocal ensembles, audiences are sure to find a style they enjoy, including chamber music, orchestral, choral, jazz, bluegrass, country, popular hits or gospel.
Musical Theatre and Opera tickets are available through the Belmont Box Office. All faculty and student ensemble performances and recitals are free of charge and open to the public. Some student events may be live streamed. Visit the live stream page for more information.

A Journey Through Time: From Bach To Respighi
Travel through time as the University Symphony and the String Chamber Orchestras delights audiences with works from Bach to Respighi’s Pines of Rome. This performance will honor the College Orchestra Directors Association (CODA) and Dr. Robert Gregg who will be retiring in May after 40 years at Belmont. The CODA conference from Feb. 15-17 will include lectures and concerts by three other university orchestras chosen by audition to be held in McAfee Concert Hall.

The Sounds of Belmont
Join Belmont University’s College of Music and Performing Arts for The Sounds of Belmont on Saturday, April 20th in the Fisher Center for the Performing Arts. Experience an evening of stories and songs to support our talented students. The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by a festive dessert reception for all guests and performers. The purchase of a ticket to this concert and reception will benefit endowed music and theatre scholarship funds for students in the college. Premier works from the College of Music and Performing Arts Fall 2023-Spring 2024 performance season will be showcased. This concert and reception is celebrating its thirty-fourth year (formerly the President’s Concert and Reception).
